These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PetDiet mobile application ("App") provided by PetDiet ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
PetDiet is a pet nutrition and health tracking application designed to help pet owners manage their pet's diet, health, and wellness. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
The AI assistant in PetDiet is for informational purposes only and does not constitute veterinary advice. The AI-generated recommendations regarding nutrition, health, and wellness are general in nature and should not replace professional veterinary care. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for medical decisions about your pet.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content. You acknowledge that you use AI features at your own risk.
Feeding calculations, calorie recommendations, and nutritional data provided by the App are estimates based on general guidelines. Individual pet needs may vary based on health conditions, activity levels, and other factors. Consult your veterinarian for personalized dietary plans.
PetDiet offers both free and premium ("PetDiet Pro") tiers. The free tier includes basic features with usage limits. PetDiet Pro unlocks all features including unlimited health diary entries, AI chat, weight tracking, and vet reports.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

The App, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by PetDiet and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PetDiet from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
