Not all canned dog food is created equal.
Choose high-quality brands with named meat sources. Avoid those with excessive fillers, artificial preservatives, or by-products. Some dogs do better on specific formulations.

Dog food is not appropriate for cats.
Lacks essential nutrients cats need, particularly taurine, arachidonic acid, and sufficient protein. Occasional small amounts won't harm but should never replace cat food.
If your dog has eaten this food and shows signs of distress (vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy, tremors, or seizures), contact your veterinarian immediately.
