Kale is safe in small amounts.
Nutrient-dense superfood with vitamins A, K, and C. Contains calcium isothiocyanate which may cause gastric irritation if overfed. Small amounts are fine.
Caution
Kale should be fed sparingly to cats.
Contains oxalates which can contribute to urinary issues in cats prone to crystals or stones. Small amounts occasionally are fine but don't make it regular.
