Part of the allium family like onions and garlic. Can cause oxidative damage to red blood cells, leading to anemia. All parts are toxic.

As an allium family member, leeks are extremely dangerous for cats. Causes Heinz body anemia and red blood cell destruction. Cats are much more sensitive than dogs. Seek vet care.
If your dog has eaten this food and shows signs of distress (vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy, tremors, or seizures), contact your veterinarian immediately.
