Spinach is safe in small amounts.
Contains vitamins A, B, C, and K. High in oxalic acid, so large amounts may cause kidney issues. Small amounts are fine.
Caution
Spinach should be limited for cats.
Contains oxalates which can contribute to urinary tract issues, especially in cats prone to calcium oxalate crystals or stones. Avoid in cats with urinary history.
